Refund policy

Elixzure wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we're here to help you get your order correct.

For sanitary reasons Elixzure Swim's products are non-refundable. If you are unsure of sizing, please email us at Elixzure@gmail.com with any questions before you purchase to ensure the perfect fit, we are always here to help. 

All other products (excluding swimwear) are refundable within 14 days from the date of delivery and in accordance with our terms and conditions of returns. 

If your item isn't full priced (ie you used a discount code or purchased a sale item) we offer a store credit if the item/s are returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery and in accordance with our terms and conditions of returns. 

Return items must be in new condition with tags and liners. Return shipping is at customers expense. 

To request a return authorization, email Elixzure@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be contacted by customer service within 24 hours, Monday-Friday between 10AM - 6PM ET. (Holidays excluded)
